Ovidilio “Ovi” Vásquez is a National Leadership Keynote Speaker, Author, and Social Entrepreneur whose work inspires visionary leaders across industries, empowers educators, and develops youth. Ovi’s incredible journey exemplifies the power of perseverance and growth. Despite beginning as a child farmworker, being fatherless, lacking family support, and being labeled 'at-risk,' he learned English in two years, graduated from high school in three—while working graveyard shifts—and earned a B.A. in Management in just two. As a bilingual and biliterate father of three, he brings a fresh culturally attuned perspective that resonates deeply with forward-thinking organizations.
With a long-term vision through his Laptops of Hope initiative, Ovi aims to promote social equity by providing computers to schools in underserved villages worldwide. When not speaking or consulting, he enjoys dancing to Latin music with his kids.
